摘要
以MPI为编程环境,讨论了时域有限差分算法(FDTD)的子区域划分方法和虚拟拓扑的建立;通过分析FDTD算法,建立了相邻子区域间的通信规则和FDTD并行算法的MPI实现步骤;通过对运算开销和通信开销的测试与计算,分析了算法的效率。
In the program basis of MPI,the modeling of sub-regions for FDTD and virtual topology are developed.By analyzing the method of FDTD algorothm,the communication rule and steps of program for FDTD in MPI are presented.By measuring the time of calculation and the time of communication,the efficiency of the algorithm is analyzed.
