摘要
高校基层党组织建设是高校党的建设的基础,是学校事业发展的保证。高校基层党组织建设存在工作思路不够明确、少数基层党组织班子战斗力不强、党员教育管理相对滞后、发展党员工作力度不够等问题。高校要树立“围绕中心抓党建,抓好党建促中心”的党建工作理念,建设一支高素质的党员干部队伍,加强党员的教育和管理,认真做好发展党员工作,创新党建活动载体。
The construction of the Party＇s primary organization is the foundation of the Party＇s construction in the institutions of higher education, as well as the guarantee of the development of school＇s undertakings. The author makes some comments on problems existing in this specific construction： indefinite train of thought in work, inadequate fighting capacity of certain groups of the Party＇s primary organization, relatively sluggish education and management for Party members, and insufficient power in recruiting Party members. The writer holds the view that the concept of ＂stressing Party construction by encircling center and promoting center by stressing Party construction＂ ought to be established in colleges and universities. It is also argued to build up high-quality cadres in the Party, to strengthen the education and management for Party members, to earnestly fulfill the work of recruiting Party members, and to innovate in the carrier of Party construction activities.
