摘要
目的:研究应用迷你平面导板在直丝弓矫治技术中打开咬牙合的临床效果,探讨3度深覆牙合的快速治疗方法。方法:在直丝弓矫治器中,使用迷你平面导板,通过前后X线头影对24例患者测量和分析,并选单纯应用直丝弓技术的20例作为对照。结果:前面高增加3.06 mm,后面高增加1.10 mm,覆牙合减少了2.38 mm,上下颌前磨牙均存显著伸长。结论:迷你平导导板在直丝弓矫治组中能有效增加前面下1/3部垂直高度。
Objective： To study the effects of bite-opening by use of Mini bite-plate combined The straight -wire appliance and investigate the methods of rapid treaed. Methods： 24 case were treated with Mini bite-plate combibed preadjusted appliance,and 20 cases were as controls. Cephalometric analysis was carried out and measure before and affer treatment. Results： AFH and PFH were ficantly in creased by 3.06 mm and 1.10 mm ,overbite in reduce 2.38mm. nespectively. The clinical crown height of upper and lower posterior teeth was elongated. Conclusion： Clinical appliance of Mini bite-plate combined preadjust appliance could increased anterior and posterior face heights applarently.
