摘要
借鉴医学免疫理论,构建了组织免疫系统分析框架,探讨企业组织如何构建免疫系统以及免疫系统如何发挥作用的机制。对大亚湾核电站的案例研究揭示,认知、防御和记忆功能是组织免疫系统的关键要素,任何一个要素的缺失或失灵都会破坏免疫系统的正常应答。组织免疫系统的建立对于避免复杂系统的失败是非常重要的。
This study proposes an analysis framework for organization immunity system, and examines how organization constructs organization immunity system and what is the mechanism of organization immunity. Based on the case study of Daya Bay Nuclear Station, we found that functions of recognition, defense and memory are main elements of organization immunity system, and absence or failure of any element will destroy the mechanism of organization immunity. It＇s important for complex system to construct organization immunity system to avoid failure.
