摘要
综述了小麦白粉病、锈病、赤霉病以及其它病害抗病基因的研究进展,介绍了小麦抗白粉病、抗锈病基因的来源、定位、分子标记及其代表品种,简述小麦抗病基因在生产上的应用,并对目前小麦抗病育种中存在的问题进行了探讨。
This paper summarizes the last progress on resistance genes of wheat powdery mildew, rust, scab and others. The gene location, source, molecular marker and cultivars of powdery mildew and rust were described. At the same time, the problem on breeding for disease resistance was also discussed.
