摘要
摩擦磨损问题在农业机械中普遍存在,对农业机械的使用和寿命产生很大的影响,因此重视农业机械设计中的摩擦学设计非常必要。为此,从结构设计、材料选取、表面设计和润滑设计几个方面论述了农业机械设计中摩擦学设计的主要内容,分析了在农业机械设计中融入摩擦学设计对于农机设备的重要性。
Because wearing and tribology problem in agriculture machinery exist universally, and they have a great influence on agriculture machinery just as what we see. It is necessary for designer to emphasize taking tribology design in agriculture machinery design into account. In this paper the main content of tribology design in agriculture machinery design is also analyzed from several aspects of structure design ,select material, surface design and lubricate design, and it will be important our facilities using triobology design in agriculture design.
