摘要
设计了全喂入稻麦联合收割机双动刀往复式切割器驱动装置。结果表明,利用双层联动摇杆机构可缩小位于收割台外侧的驱动机构宽度,不影响联合收割机下田作业时开道;利用杠杆支点两端运动方向相反的力学原理,可带动上下动刀做反方向同步运动;通过机构综合求得的联动杆尺寸可使上下动刀驱动销获得绝对值相等的运动速度,可满足双动刀往复式切割器实现方向相反、速度相等的切割运动。
The drive mechanism for the double knife cutterbar of Combine harvester has been designed. The results show that the double layer rocker with interlocking arm mechanisms reduce width of drive mechanism be located outside of table so that combine harvester can be able to first row harvest operation of rice or wheat. Base on the mechanics principle that both ends of lever fulcrum the motional direction opposite the upper knife and lower knife motion with oppositely direction synchronically. Inter locking arms length size of upper floor and lower floor rocker arm mechanism have been evaluated after by Calculation so that the drive penile of upper knife and lower knife get equal size point-to-point speed with both opposite direction. Drive mechanism can meet the drive demand for the cutting device of double acting knife.
