摘要
根茬还田是土壤有机质的主要来源之一,对于调节土壤有机质的平衡、改善土壤腐殖质的组成状况和建立良好的农业生态系统都具有重要的理论和现实意义。为此,设计了一种新型玉米灭茬旋耕机,介绍了其整体结构和工作原理,并对主要工作部件的参数进行了设计和计算。该机一次进地可完成灭茬、旋耕和覆盖多项作业,既可降低作业成本,又有利于农业的可持续性发展。
Stubble returning is an important source of soil organic matter. For regulating the balance of soil organic matter, improving the constitution of soil humus, building up good agricultural ecosystem, it has important theoretical and realistic meaning. So, the whole structure and work principle of the stubble-cleaning & rotary cultivating machine of corn is introduced. And the parameters of the main working parts are designed and calculated. The machine can accomplish stubble-cleaning, rotary cultivation, covering once time. It can lower the working cost, and also can be advantage to agricultural sustainable development.
