摘要
目前,我国农业正处在战略转折的重要阶段,为了切实解决好“三农”问题,搞好农业产业结构调整,必须加大对农业机械的投入、研制、引进吸收及推广等工作力度,以提高劳动生产率、降低农民劳动强度,合理地调整农村劳动力就业结构。为此,介绍了国外耕作机械的发展趋势以及我国耕作机械的现状和存在的问题,并就我国耕整机械的发展趋势和对策进行了探讨,为农业机械化的发展提供参考依据。
At present, our country agriculture is occupying the strategic transition important stage. For practically solving the question of ＂three agriculture＂ and doing well the agriculture industrial structure adjustment, we must enlarge to work of farming machinery investment, development, introduction absorption, promotion, and so on, specially research development of the time-consuming and laborious farming machinery, to enhance the labor productivity, decreases the farmer labor intensity, reasonably adjust the employment structure of rural labor force. Therefore, the development tendency of overseas farm machinery as well as the present situation and existence question of our country farm machinery are introduced, and the development tendency and the countermeasure of the farming machinery on our country has carried on the discussion.
