摘要 乳香中主要含有五环三萜、四环三萜和大环二萜等化合物,具有良好的抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等作用,临床上具有广泛的应用价值。现对乳香的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面的最新进展作一综述,以冀为乳香的研究开发提供参考。 This is a latest review of chemical constituents, pharmacological action and clinical application of olibanum which, containing plenty of pentacyclic triterpenes, tetracyclic triterpenes and macroring diterpenes, possesses anti-inflammatory, antitumor and anti-oxidant activity and extensive clinical applications.
