电刺激小脑顶核对椎—基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察电刺激小脑顶核对椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:将60例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均采用病因治疗、扩血管药物等综合治疗。而治疗组加用脑循环功能治疗仪进行电刺激小脑顶核,每次通电40min,2次/日,共10天。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.4%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05),TCD检查治疗组治疗后VA、BA等血管血流速度较治疗前明显改善,与对照组相比有显著差(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激小脑顶核对椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效显著。
