摘要
目的:探讨体外循环心脏手术后出血原因,提出预防及处理方法。方法:对我院1988年5月至2005年10月450例体外循环心脏手术术后大量出血27例需再次开胸止血病历进行分析,探讨原因,总结教训。结果:同期450例体循心脏手术,术后因大量出血再次开胸止血27例,占6%,其近期死亡6例,死亡率为22.2%。结论:体外循环下心脏术后出血是严重并发症之一,死亡率高,正确掌握再次开胸止血手术时机至关重要。
Objective：To study the cause of post-cardiac surgical bleeding under ertracorporeal circulation. Methods：Among 450 patients who underwent ertracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery from may 1988 to October 2005 in our hospital,27 cases of severe bleeding after operation who needed re-thoracotomy for hemostasis were analyzed.Results：450 cases of extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery,27 patients（6%）performed re-thoratomy,6 patients died post-operatively with a mortality of 22.2% Conclusion：Extracorporeal circulation postoperative hemorrhage was a severe complication with high mortality,active prevention,timely treatment and re-thoratomy exploration was important.
