摘要
在综述管壳式换热器和板式换热器国内外污垢研究的基础上,介绍了轧槽管防垢性能实验和污垢模型,轧槽管的污垢热阻为光管的0.52—0.88倍,污垢条件下的传热Nu数为光管的1.8倍。轧槽管污垢热阻为流速的函数,当流速由0.25m/s增至0.75m/s时,污垢热阻减小至原来的66.7%。
Basing on the review of the investigations of fouling in shell-and-tube heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger, the experimental investigation of fouling prevention in corrugated tubes and the fouling models was introduced. Experimental investigation shows that the heat resistance of fouling in corrugated tube is 0.52 - 0.88 times that of smooth tube. The Nusellt number is 1.8 times that of smooth tube. The heat resistance of fouling in corrugated tube is majorant of fluid velocity. When the other parameter values are same, the fluid velocity increases from 0.25 m/s to 0.75 m/s, the heat resistance of fouling will reduce to 66.7%.
