咪达唑仑和异丙酚复合麻醉的临床研究

摘要 目的:观察咪达唑仑和异丙酚复合麻醉的临床疗效。方法:选择ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级病人36例,随机分成咪达唑仑麻醉组、异丙酚麻醉组、咪达唑仑和异丙酚复合麻醉组(以下简称复合麻醉组)3组,每组12例。术前常规用药,以度冷丁50mg、阿托品0.5mg静脉注射后,分别给予相应的麻醉药物诱导,然后观察其麻醉效果。结果:3组病人术后不良反应均较轻,复合麻醉组病人循环功能较异丙酚组稳定,清醒时间较咪达唑仑组短,麻醉深度更为适宜。结论:咪达唑仑和异丙酚合用,麻醉效能呈协同作用,能保持循环功能稳定,对血压的影响较单独应用异丙酚小;能维持合适的麻醉深度,有利于病人术后意识恢复,是一种值得在临床上推广使用的合理的复合麻醉方法。
