过氧化物酶体增殖体激活受体、抵抗素与胰岛素抵抗

摘要 胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病、代谢综合征等多种疾病发病的关键环节。近年来,在对其机制探索中主要集中在过氧化物酶体增殖体激活受体和脂肪细胞因子方面。抵抗素是近年来新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,大量研究中证实,抵抗素可能是引起胰岛素抵抗并联系肥胖和2型糖尿病的关键因素,现就此研究进展作一综述。
