摘要 目的 探讨流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪、尿干化学分析仪及标准化尿沉渣显微镜检对尿中有形成分检测的临床应用价值。方法 随机选择1097例住院患者尿标本,同时用3种方法检测,主要比较红细胞、白细胞及管型的检测结果。结果 尿沉渣分析仪对红细胞、白细胞有较高的灵敏度,尤其对白细胞有较高的精确度,但对管型的检测不如显微镜检准确;尿干化学法具有快速、简便的特点,对红细胞有较高的精确度;两者联合使用可降低人工复查的工作量。结论 此3种方法互补,联合应用可提高检测结果的精确度和准确度,有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical applicated value of the automatic flow urine sediment analyzer, dry chemical urine analyzer, and standardized urine sediment microscopy in analyzing visible ingredients in the urine. Methods 1 097 urinary samples from inpatients were randomly collected. Three methods were applied. The detected results of RBC, WBC and casts were analyzed. Results The urine sediment analyzer was more sensitive to RBC and WBC, especially to WBC, but less accurate in analyzing casts than by microscopy. Dry chemical urinalysis was rapid and convenient, and because of its high accuracy in analyzing RBC, the two methods could be used to reduce manual workload in further examination. Conclusion Combination of the above three methods has a higher clinical applicated value and helps improving the accuracy of analysis results.
