摘要
目的探讨精液中白细胞数量与精子动态各参数的相关性。方法选择28例白细胞精子症男性不育精液标本,用精子检测系统定量测定其精子动态参数,并与精液中白细胞数量进行相关性分析。结果精液动态参数中VCL、VSL、VAP等与白细胞数目成正相关。结论精子的动态参数是评估男性不育的重要指标,而精液中的白细胞数目对精子动态参数的影响可能是导致男性不育的一个因素。
Objctive： To analysis of relationship between leukocyte in semen and mobility parameters of semen, Methods ： 28 male infertile of leukocyte and 40 cases semen samples of mobility parameters were quantitative analyzed by semen analysis. Results ： 8 parameters were significant difference between two groups, such as VCL, VSL, VAP, MAD, LIN, WOB, STR （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The quantitative analysis of semen mobility parameters has important clinical significance, Leukocyte concentration of Semen could affect sperm motion parameters.
