摘要
复合维生素B注射液是多种维生素的复合制剂。主要成分是维生素B1(1)、维生素B2(2)、维生素B6(3)和烟酰胺(4)。临床常用于营养不良、食欲不振、脚气病。
An IP-RP-HPLC method with a gradient elution was established for determination of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and nicotinamide in vitamin B complex injection. A Hypersil C18 column was used with mobile phase of 0.1% acetic acid aqueous solution （containing 0.005mol/L sodium hexanesulfonate） -methanol, at the detection wavelength of 280nm. The calibration curves of four water soluble vitamins were linear in the ranges of 20 - 200, 2 - 20, 2 - 20 and 30 - 300 μg/ml （r〉0.999）, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.2 %, 99.6 %, 99.0 % and 99.4 %, with RSDs of 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.0% and 1.1%, respectively.
