摘要
应用链霉素抗性筛选法提高博来霉素产生菌Streptomycin verticillus SIPI 7011产博来霉素A2组分的产量,将经紫外线诱变处理过的博来霉素产生菌孢子涂布在含有链霉素最小抑制浓度(180μg/ml)的培养基平板上,获得了151株链霉素抗性突变株。其中博来霉素A2产量高于出发菌株的有19株,产量阳性效率达到12.6%,并获得一株产抗生素能力为出发菌株约1.25倍的突变株。
The method of streptomycin-resistance screening was applied to improve the productivity of bleomycin A2 by Streptomycin verticillus SIPI 7011. The UV light treated spores were smeared on agar plates containing 180μg/ml streptomycin. Among the one hundred and fifty-one streptomycin-resistant mutants, nineteen mutants had the higher bleomycin A2 yields than the original strain. The mutants with high bleomycin A2 productivity occurred at a high frequency (12.6 %). The productivity of one mutant increased by 25% over the original strain.
