摘要
通过研究国内生态城市建设理论,基于协调度理论构建生态城市指标体系,从自然、经济和社会3方面入手,选取能够较好反映自然、经济、社会3者协调度的指标,作为生态型城市指标体系选择的重要标准和基本途径.结合上海地区的实际情况,采用AHP(层次分析法),构建基于自然、经济与社会协调性的二级型上海生态型城市指标体系.一级指标有3个,即自然与社会协调度、自然与经济协调度和经济与社会协调度,以及组成一级指标的22个二级指标.并且根据国内外生态城市城市建设经验,初步提出了上海2005年和2010年生态型城市建设的目标.
Based on the domestic researches in the Eco - city and the theory about the harmonization, the paper selects some indicators to form an indicator system to evaluate the level of the harmonization of an eco - city. Some of these indicators are about the quality of natural environment; some are about the level of economy and some about the harmonization of the society. The paper built a system with three first - level indicators and twenty - two second - level ones using the method of AHP to direct the development of Eco - city. Taking the experiences in the construction of eco - city in foreign countries and the construction of the Eco - city in the past in Shanghai, the paper puts forward some goals for the building of Eco - city in 2005 and 2010.
