摘要
在对国内外生态城市及其规划研究和实践总结分析的基础上指出:虽然目前国内外对生态城市及其规划的认识和实践存在一定差异,但仍然形成了两点基本的共识.(1)生态城市是未来城市发展的方向之一;(2)生态城市实践和规划为城市提供了实现可持续发展的有效途径.同时,分析了国内外生态城市规划的特点和存在问题,并认为:规划缺乏恰当的功能定位、缺乏多学科的交叉整合和缺乏良好的公众参与,是国内生态城市规划面临问题的主要原因.最后,对生态城市规划趋势进行了几点展望.
Summarizing the practices in the planning and construction of Eco-city in some domestic areas and overseas, the paper points out some differences in the recognition about Eco-city and some consistent understanding between them. Besides, the paper has analyzed the characteristics of planning of Eco-city in two regions and find out some problems in the work. Lack of right function orientation, lack of the use of different disciplines and lack of opinions of public in the planning are primarily three shortages in the construction of Eco-city in nowadays. The paper also reveals some trends in the Eco-city building in the future.
