摘要
以油菜菌核病菌为供试病原菌,探讨11种金属离子对荧光假单胞菌P13的生长及拮抗能力的影响.结果表明,金属离子均对P13的生物量以及抗生素的合成产生一定的影响.与对照相比,金属离子在0.002mol/L的浓度下,Ag+,Cr3+,N i+能强烈抑制该菌的生长;Ca2+,Ti3+,Fe3+有微弱的促生作用;A l3+能强烈抑制P13抗生素的合成,Ca2+和Fe3+则明显促进抗生素的合成.在不同浓度的Ca2+和Fe3+下,0.003mol/L的Ca2+促进P13的相对效价提高到267%,0.003mol/L的Ca2+与0.001mol/L Fe3+共同使用时P13的效价增加到291%,说明Ca2+和Fe3+对P13抗真菌素合成有协同作用.
The effect of eleven different metal ions on cell growth and control on Selerotinia sclerotiorum of Pseudomonas fluorestens P13 were studied. The results showed that the metal ions certainly affect the cell growth and production of antibiotics of P13. At the concentration of 0. 0002mol/L, contrasting to the comparison, Ag ^+ , Cr^3 + , Ni ^+ can restrain cell growth intensively; Ca^2 + , Ti^3 + , Fe^3 + can boost cell growth faintly; Al^3 + can reduce the production of antibiotic sorely; Ca^2 + , Fe^3 + can add the production of antibiotic distinctly. With different concentration of Ca^2 + , Fe^3 + , we found that Ca^2 + ( 0. 003mol/L) , Ca^2 + ( 0. 003mol/L) and Fe^3 + (0.001mol/L) mixed all promote the production of antibiotic of P13. It concluded that Ca^2 + and Fe^3 + cooperated to add the production of antibiotic in P13.
