摘要
网络有它侵权的特殊性,但在有效的控制下可以避免。数字图书馆与网络著作权之间虽存在矛盾,但数字图书馆与网络著作权之间仍然是相辅相成的,具有相辅性。本文对此进行了主要的论述。
The writer analyses the problem in net - work copyrights facing in the construction of digital library and the particularity in net - work copyrights. The conflicts between digital library and net- work copyrights have been pointed out and deeper requirements into the complementary between digital library and net- work copyrights also have been made by the writer.
