摘要
电子政务信息服务绩效评估作为一项复杂的系统工程,需要确立一定的价值取向。电子政务信息服务绩效评估价值取向的确定,对电子政务的建设发挥着十分重要的作用。根据我国政治、经济、科技发展的实际和电子政务发展的实际状况,我国电子政务信息服务绩效评估应确立以公众为核心的价值取向。
Performance evaluation for E - governance information service, a sophisticated systematic project, needs to establish its value orientation, which will have important impact on construction of E- governance. Considering the real development of politics, economy, science and technology and E - governance in China, performance evaluation for E- governance information service should establish such a value orientation as the public centered.
