摘要
研究了沥青混凝土摊铺机恒速控制技术,针对摊铺机液压伺服系统为非线性、时变的特点,用模糊控制算法抑制各种非线性因素对被控对象的影响,同时用传统的PID控制算法进一步改善系统的稳态性能。结合两者的优点,将PID和Fuzzy Control引入摊铺机行驶系统控制器中,利用MATLAB语言进行仿真分析,并进行了模拟实验,结果表明Fuzzy-PID控制明显提高了系统的动态性能和稳态精度,同时系统具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性,效果要优于传统的PID控制。
This paper studies the constant-velocity control technology of asphalt & concret paver. According to the non-linear and time-variable characteristics of the paver hydraulic servo system, fuzzy algorithm is introduced to restrain the effect of all kinds of non-linear factors. On the basis of fuzzy algorithm, a traditional PID controller is used to improve the steady-state performance. By combining their characteristics, both PID and fuzzy controls were integrated into the design of the drive controller. MATLAB software was used to simulate and analyze the system, and stimulation experiment was carried out. The result shows that Fuzzy-PID control can markedly improve the dynamic performance and steady-state precision, the system has strong adaptability and robustness; and the method is superior to traditional PID control.
