摘要
提出了一种基于m序列索引式绝对位置编码的单码道编码器,介绍了该绝对编码在绝对位置角度传感器中的应用和编码的生成方法。基于m序列索引式绝对位置编码是一种单码道绝对位置编码,克服了传统位置编码随精度提高而码道增多,工艺上不易实现的缺点,可缩减码盘的尺度,为绝对位置角度传感的高精度、小型化、集成化开辟了一条新的途径和研制思路。
A new encoder is put forward, which is a single code channel absolute angular encoder. The application of this encoder to absolute angular transducer and the code generation method are introduced. This encoding method is based on m-sequence. The absolute angular encoder based on m-sequence is an encoder with single track of absolute position. It overcomes the disadvantages of traditional position encoding technique, such as increasing encoding accuracy at the expense of more tracks needed, and difficult to fabricate. The size of the encoder disk is reduced, which blazes a new trail and new idea for the high-accuracy, miniaturization and integration of the abso- lute angular encoder and magnetic encoder.
