摘要
综合分析了影响天然气输气管线清管通球运行规律的七个主要方面的影响因素：①沿程压力及平均压力；②沿程温度及平均温度；③输气量；④清管球与管壁的摩擦阻力；⑤清管球前段和后段天然气流动的沿程阻力；⑥积水静压引起的压力损失；⑦积水流动的沿程阻力。提出了这些因素对清管通球运行规律的影响的数学模型和计算方法，并以靖边——榆林输气管线为例，对积水静压阻力的计算给出了计算方法。其结果可为任一输气管线的清管通球运行情况的预测和监测提供理论及计算依据。
factors offecting spherical pig operation laws in gas transmission line are comprehensively analysed.that is the pressure along the line and the average pressure,the temperature along the line and the average temperature,deliverability of gas,frictional resistance between spherical pig and pipe wall,the gas flowing resistance along the sections before and behind the spherical pig,the pressure loss caused by static pressure of the accumulated water,and the resistance along the way of accumulated water flowing.The mathematical model and calculation method for these factors affecting spherical pig operation laws are put forward.Taking Jingbian—Yulin gas transmission line for exemple,the calculation of accumulated water static pressure resistance is made.The results can provided theory and calculation bases for predicting and monitoring the spherical pig operation of ang gas transmission line.
