摘要
以力的平衡分析为基础,推导出电动机轴无心磨削过程中导板支持力和导轮驱动力的公式,据此讨论了现场生产中由于力的变化造成工艺系统振动而影响工件表面质量及消除不良倾向的根本措施。还讨论了工件中心高的确定,并根据生产实际提出了改善工件圆度的中心高的调整方法,最后说明了托板倾角对导轮与工件径向压力的影响,建议加大倾角,防止工件滑动。
On the basis of an analysis of the force balance, the equations for the supporting force for the guide plate and the driving force for the guide wheel in centerless grinding of the shaft of the motor on a submersible electric pump are derived, thereby the influence of the vibration caused by the variation of forces on the quality of the surface of the workpiece is discussed and relevant measures are recommended. The methods for determining and adjusting the height of the center of the workpiece are presented. The influence of the tilting angle of the supporting plate on the radial pressuze between the guide wheel and workpiece is expounded, and it is proposed to increase the tilting angle to prevent the workpiece from sliding.
