A New Kind of Current Mode Continuous Time Wave Active Filters

摘要 以波接地电容为基本模块,提出了用电流镜和接地电容实现的电流模式连续时间波有源滤波器.设计实例显示,这种滤波器比基于电流积分器设计的电路具有比较好的通带特性. The wave grounded capacitor being taken as a basic building block,a new kind of current mode continuous time wave active filters using current mirrors and grounded capacitors is presented. The practical designed example demonstrates that the filters proposed have better passband characteristics than ones based on current integrators.
