摘要
达拉特发电厂一二期反渗透系统自投运以来,因其来水水质差,膜系统污堵频繁,造成清洗困难。针对上述情况,前后对我厂4套反渗透清洗系统进行了改造,同时对反渗透清洗工艺进行了相应的改进,取得了很好的清洗效果,保证了反渗透的安全稳定运行。
Since the reverse osmosis system for cleaning was put into operation at phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ of Dalate Power Plant, membrane system was fouled frequently due to poor quality of water sources and caused difficulty for cleaning. Regarding this situation, 4 sets of reverse osmosis cleaning system in the power plants were renovated one after another,and meanwhile the reverse osmosis technique were improved and achieved good cleaning results ,thus ensuring safe and reliable operation of reverse osmosis system.
