热连轧中间辊道保温工艺对低碳钢相变和组织的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Holding Technology at Intermediate Roll Table in Hot Continuous Rolling on Phase Transformation and Structure of Low Carbon Steel

摘要 利用膨胀法在Thermecmastor-Z热模拟实验机上测定了低碳钢Q235(%:0.15C、0.005B)1 050℃30%变形后经10,40,90 s保温冷却至1 000℃30%变形,5℃/s冷却至880℃,然后以1,5,15,25℃/s速度冷却的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线。随中间辊道保温时间的延长,连续冷却相变开始和结束曲线均向右下方移动,并且钢的室温晶粒逐渐变大。 The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of low carbon steel Q235 (0. 15C, 0. 005B) with 1 050 ℃ 30% deformation, holding 10, 40, 90 s and cooling to 1 000 ℃ 30% deformation then cooling with 5 ℃/s to 880℃ and cooling with 1, 5, 15 and 25 ℃/s have been measured using dilatometry by Thermecmastor-Z thermal simulation machine. With prolonging holding time at intermediate roll table, the CCT phase transformation beginning and finishing curves moved down to right and grain size of steel at ambient gradually enlarged.
