摘要
公共艺术伴随着我国经济社会的发展取得了长足进步，但以科学方法纳入城市总体规划在我国还缺乏实践。《攀枝花市公共艺术总体规划》（2005年-2020年）就这一崭新的课题和研究领域，尝试把科学性、社会性和艺术性紧密结合，探索了规划方法和理论框架，从城市空间及公共艺术现状分析入手，建构攀枝花市公共艺术规划的总体框架，对公共艺术总体布局与城市空间形态做了规划研究，对城市特殊环境中公共艺术规划设计与创作提出了控制原则，并探讨了规划实施方法与策略。
There have been great improvement in public art in Chinese cities with development of Chinese economics and society, but there is little study in its planning. Public art planning of Panzhihua city （2005-2020） explored this new field and tried to hang scientific, sociality and artistry together to compose total methods and theories. Total frameworks of public art planning of Panzhiua City are constructed on the basis of space study and actuality analysis of Public Art. Distribution and city form are investigated, controlling principles of Planning, design and incitement city places are brought forward, and methods of actualizing and management are discussed.
