摘要
从铝铜多晶体单轴拉伸变形过程的扫描电镜动态观察入手,研究其190℃×3h、190℃×10h、190℃×24h不同时效组织滑移变形特征和对剪切变形局部化的影响。发现欠时效(190℃×3h)铝铜多晶体在不同位置形成多个细观剪切带,其它时效铝铜多晶体在颈缩后迅速形成宏观剪切带。可剪切的较大沉淀相粒子将促进宏观剪切带的形成和扩展。并从对变形不均匀性、实际起动滑移系数目和反向弹性应力的影响方面进行了分析。
The Characters of slip deformation and shear deformation localization in aged Al-Cu al loys were studied by in-site tensile dynamic SEM. It has been discovered that macroscopic shear band (MSB) formed drastically in the microstructure after aging at 190℃ × 10h, 24h while only multiple grains shear band formed slowly in the microstructure after aging at 190℃ ×3h. It is recognized that larger dispersed phase particles promote MSB initiation and its development in the sense that it increas es de formation localization, reduces activated slip systems and results in elastic back stress around par ticles
