本文采用双酚A环氧树脂和高导热性无机填料制作了一种高导热型铝基覆铜箔层压板。该产品性能稳定,基本可以达到国外同类产品技术指标。
The article is adopted bisphenolA epoxy resin and high-transmission of heat abio-filling and prepared an aluminum substrate cover copper-clad laminate about high-transmission of heat. This productions have stedy performances and the same of foreign productions about main performance.
