新型双甲基丙烯酸酯树脂根管封闭剂的制备与理化特性评价 被引量:5

Synthesis and Evaluation of Physiochemical Properties of A Novel Dimethacrylates-based Root Canal Sealer

摘要 以9,9′-二-(4-羟基-苯基)芴(9′9-HPF)为原料,用环氧氯丙烷将其环氧化后,再与甲基丙烯酸反应,合成了相对分子质量为634的双甲基丙烯酸酯类新单体HPFDM,并以该单体为共聚单体制备了新型树脂基质根管封闭剂NRCS。通过对其聚合收缩、体积改变和溶解性能的测定,以及用扫描电镜观察它在水介质中浸泡前后表面形貌的变化,评价了封闭剂NRCS的理化特性。结果表明:HPFDM的结构与预期设计的结构相符,新型封闭剂NRCS的聚合收缩率为1.375%,体积变化率为1.16%,在水介质中的质量损失为0.15%,扫描电子显微镜观察显示封闭剂NRCS表面结构均质致密,填料粒子较好地分散在基体中,界面结合良好,水介质处理对封闭剂影响不明显。 A novel dimethacrylates monomer, 9,9'-bis (4-hydroxy-phenyl) fluorenyl diglycidyl methacrylate (HPFDM) with molecular weight is 634, was prepared by epoxying 9,9'-bis(4-hydroxy-phenyl) fluoenyl (9'9- HPF) with epoxy chloropropane, and then further reacting with methacrylic acid. The resin-based root canal sealer (NRCS) was made of this novel monomer as one of chief component. The monomer structure was confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy and the sealer's physiochemical properties were evaluated using polymerization shrinkage test, dimensional alterations test, solubility test and SEM method. The result of FF-IR confirmed the characteristic structures of the monomer as HPFDM. The polymerization shrinkage, dimensional alterations and solubility of the sealer NRCS were 1. 375%, 1.16% and 0. 15%. The SEM showed that the matrix of HPFDM and fillers were homogeneously combined and mildly affected by the deionized distilled water.
