简要介绍了面包制作的基本工艺,并就面包制作过程中的各个环节应注意的问题提出了自己的观点。
This article introduced briefly the bread manufacture technology, and some viewpoints were proposed on the question which should pay attention on bread manufacture process in each procedure.
