高血浆同型半胱氨酸与脑梗死关系的临床研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨高血浆同型半胱氨酸与脑梗死之间的关系。方法选取脑梗死病人90例,对照组80例为同期因其他疾病(非动脉硬化性疾病、神经系统检查正常如外伤、肺部感染、白内障等)住院者,通过微粒子酶免分析定量检测血浆中Hcy的浓度。结果脑梗死组血浆Hcy总平均值为15.91±5.17μmol.L-1,明显高于对照组总平均值的10.16±2.71μmol.L-1(t=8.911,P<0.01)。结论高血浆同型半胱氨酸是脑梗死一个新的独立危险因素。
