冠突散囊菌胞外多糖含量测定及提取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 冠突散囊菌是茯砖茶生产过程中形成茯砖茶独特品质的优势菌。从茯砖茶中分离纯化出冠突散囊菌,进行液体深层发酵,并对其产生的胞外多糖提取条件进行了正交试验。试验结果表明,最优的多糖提取条件为:冠突散囊菌液体发酵液浓缩至原体积的1/4,乙醇浓度95%,乙醇沉淀时间10h。 The Eurotium cristatum is the advantage germ in the production of Fuzhuan brick tea, it is the main factor that form the special quality of the Fuzhuan brick tea.In this research, the Eurotium cristatum was separated from the Fuzhuan brick tea and the characteristic appearance of the germ fall and the germ body were observed.Then the extracellular polysaccharides were separated after 5 day's liquid deep fermentation of the Eurotium cristatum.The results showed that the optimal condition for the extraction technique were 95 % ethanol deposition for 10 h as well as the ratio 1:4.
