摘要
骨粉膨化休闲食品是以骨粉、玉米、大豆为主要原料、多种调味品为辅料,通过膨化等工序精细加工而成的一种富有营养的膨化休闲食品。它不仅具有高蛋白、高钙、低糖、低脂、富含膳食纤维的营养特点,而且非常利于人体的吸收,是一种新型的、满足不同人群的休闲方便食品。对其加工工艺流程、操作要点、营养成分、技术指标、加工试验及主要技术参数等问题进行了分析和讨论。
The main material of the snack is the bone powder, the maize,the soy and the many kinds of spice, it is extruded and very nutrient.It is not only provided with high protein,high calcium,low sugar,low fat, high dietary fiber,but also absorb easily .It is a new type of convenient food ,which can be fit for all kinds of people.The study discussed and analysed many questions about the process, the keys, the nutrient ingredient,the technic guideline,the trial and the main technic parameter etc.
