MMP-9与COX-2蛋白在妊娠期高血压疾病患者母胎界面:底蜕膜中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨MMP-9与COX-2蛋白在妊娠期高血压疾病患者母胎界面:底蜕膜中的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法,选择妊娠期高血压疾病患者42例作为研究组,正常同期妊娠产妇40例作为对照组,分别检测底蜕膜中MMP-9、COX-2蛋白的表达情况。结果1.42例妊娠期高血压疾病患者底蜕膜中MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率为23.81%(10/42),40例正常同期妊娠产妇的阳性表达率为72.5%(29/40)。两组比较,妊娠期高血压疾病患者底蜕膜中MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率显著低于正常同期妊娠产妇(P<0.01);2.42例妊娠期高血压疾病患者底蜕膜中COX-2蛋白的阳性表达率为64.29%(27/42),40例正常同期妊娠产妇COX-2蛋白的阳性表达率为15%(6/40)。两组比较,妊娠期高血压疾病患者底蜕膜中COX-2蛋白的表达阳性率显著高于正常同期妊娠产妇(P<001);3.两者在妊娠期高血压疾病患者底蜕膜中的表达存在显著负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.01)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者底蜕膜中MMP-9蛋白呈低表达、COX-2蛋白呈高表达,两者之间的表达呈负相关关系。MMP-2蛋白可能通过影响COX-2蛋白的表达导致妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展。 Objective: To study the expression, the relationship and the significance of MMP- 9 protein and COX -2 protein in the maternal - fetus interface : basal decidua. Methods : MMP - 9 protein and COX - 2 protein expression were examined by immunohistochemical method in 42 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 40 cases of homeochronous normal pregnancy. Results: Decreased expression of MMP -9 protein was present in the basal decidua of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. 10 out of the 40 cases were MMP - 9 protein positive ( 10/42, 23.81% ), which was significantly lower than that of normal pregnancy (29/40, 72. 5% ) ( P 〈0. 01 ). Increased expression of COX -2 protein was present in the basal decidua of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. 27out of the 42 cases were COX - 2 protein positive (27/42, 64. 29% ), which was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy (6/40, 15% ) ( P 〈0. 01 ). The expression of COX -2 protein was singnificantly inverse correlated with MMP -2 protein ( r = -0. 59, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: The higher expression of COX -2 protein and the lower expression of MMP -9 protein were found in the basal decidua of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, existing inverse correlation. MMP -9 protein maybe influence the nidation of placenta by influence the expression of COX -2 protein, then influence the nosogenesis of hy- pertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
