人工煤气脉冲燃烧器结构特性的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文较系统地研究了人工煤气脉冲燃烧器各部件结构参数对其运行工况的影响。混合室的结构型式对装置能否稳定进行至关重要;尾管、排烟管均存在临界长度,空气阀的自振频率应远远地高于燃烧系统的固有频率,燃气阀对装置运行影响不大,没有燃气阀更有利于燃烧工况的调试。 This paper studies the influences of structure parameters of a manufactured gas pulse combustor on its various characteristics. The structure of mixed chamber determines whether the combustor can operate or not;there is critical length both in tail-pipe and vent-pipe;the frequency of air flapper valve should be great than the frequency of combustion system;the effect of gas flapper valve on the operation is little; To remove the gas flapper valve from the system is benefit to combustiom regulation.
