摘要
哈佛商学院的案例教学法自从引进到中国后,无论是MBA教育、普通高等教育还是高职教育,管理类课程均普遍采用该教学法。从高职教育的角度分析了《管理学》案例教学的现状及存在的问题,并提出教学创新的理念和探索提高教学效果的具体方案。
Case Instruction Method by Harvard Business School has been universally adopted in MBA education, general higher education, higher vocational education as well as management courses since introduced to China. The article analyzes the present conditions and problems in the Case Instruction Method applied to MANAGEMENT COURSE from the perspective of vocational education, and proposes the concept of instruction innovation and explores specific plans for improving teaching efficiency.
