摘要
饮食词是随时代的发展而发展的,因通行地域不同折射出饮食文化的不同。通过对明清小说中绍兴方言和山东方言饮食词作比较．找出了它们的异同和发展变化的特点,对整理和研究绍兴方言饮食词,发展绍兴饮食文化有一定的意义。
Catering terms develop with the advances of the times, and catering culture varies from place to place. By comparing the catering terms in dielect of Shaoxing with that of Shandong, the article comes up with their differences and evalution features, which is of significance to the study of the catering terms in Shaoxing＇ s dialect as well as to the development of the catering culture of Shaoxing.
