摘要
本文应用业务流程再造思想对我国船厂修船业务流程进行深入分析和再设计,为船厂修船业务流程再造提供一套切实可行的有效方案,试图通过业务流程再造达到提高效率、增强修船企业市场竞争力的目的。
To improve the operation efficiency and enhance the market competitive power of shipyards in our country, the process of ship repairing is deeply analyzed and totally redesigned using the theory of business process re-engineering in this paper. The proposed scheme is effective and feasible.
