摘要
从制度主义的角度,可以把社团定义为:社团是一个社会中独立于政府和市场之外,由具有某种共同意愿的人群在开展不以营利为目的的公益性活动时组成的、用以约束成员行为和成员间关系的组织。依据社团的制度供给主体,可以将社团分为政府供给型社团、政府—社会供给型社团、社会供给型社团三种。
There are many kinds of different viewpoints on the definition and the classification of social organizations, based on different emphasis and classified standards. It can provide the model for us to study the social organizations. From the angle of institutionalism, taking the social organizations as a kind of institutions or rules and classifying them is a new attempt in the academics.
