由中国气象科学研究院主持，广东省气候研究所参加，经过两年多课题组科研人员的共同努力，“全球主要农作物产量气象卫星遥感监测和综合估产研究”项目于2005年9月11日通过了由中国气象局科技发展司组织的项目验收。主要研究成果如下：
