摘要
用高梯度磁分离技术处理给水,在投加Fe3O4磁铁粉及混凝剂时可以去除水中的细菌,细菌总数及大肠杆菌的去除率均达99%以上。本文作者认为不投加Fe3O4磁铁粉及混凝剂,直接让水通过高梯度磁滤器也可以去除细菌。试验证明,让未经处理的松花江水和深井水直接通过高梯度磁滤器,可以去除水中的细菌和大肠杆菌,去除率在90%以上。作者还讨论了高梯度磁滤法除菌的机理及应用前景。
The bacterla in water could be removed by high-gradient magnetic separation process after adding powdered magnetic ferro Fe3O4 and coagulant, almost 99%removal efficiencies will be obtained for both the total bacteria number (TBS) and coliform. In the author's opinion, the dosage of powdered magnetic Fe3O4 and coagulant may be replaced by water flow directly through a high-gradient magnetic filter (HGMF)to remove bacteria. This assumption has been confirfned by the experiments that raw water of Sungari River and underground water from deep well were treated by HGMF with more than 90% of removal efficiencies for both the TBS and coliform. In addition the mechanism and prospects of HGMF are discussed.
