摘要
随着现代图书的发展和进步,图书的随书配盘也越来越多,随书配盘管理也在图书馆管理中显得日益重要.阐述了随书配盘管理系统从需求分析到可行性研究直至系统实现的全过程,为了使系统具有较强的可扩展性及可维护性,需要对系统建立数学模型以便能建立一个科学的数据流转体系.提出了运用功能索引树进行集中管理,并采用通过伪指令进行模块调用的方式.由于采用伪指令的模块调用方式,使得二次开发及软件系统的维护都十分便捷,系统处于松耦合的状态,各个模块相对独立,易于系统调试.编写了光盘目录自动获取子系统和随书配盘信息网页发布系统,同时开放了伪指令的源代码及其相关的帮助文件,这使得维护和二次开发成为可能。
Deals with the whole process of management system of books with disks from analysis of the need of disks and the feasibility of the service to the realization of the service system in university libraries. And also proposes the management method by using the functional index tree and adopting the chunks. And also by means of taking wrong instructions to reach the aim of systematic checking and re-exploration with the characteristics of friendly operation.
