摘要
研究结果表明,防治葡萄白腐病有益拮抗菌株YB9培养菌落为淡乳白色,质地粘质状,革兰氏染色反应阳性。YB9菌体为棒杆或短杆状,菌体大小为0.6～0.8μm×1.3～1.6μm。端生或周生鞭毛,芽殖生长。通过对YB9菌株67项生理生化性状测定,确定YB9菌株为芽孢杆菌属的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。
The research results indicated white rot YB9 was light milk white,the that the strain of beneficial antagnologic bacterium of grape texture was viscid,gram-positive bacteria.The mycelium of YB9 strain was 0.6-0.80μm×1.3-1.6μm rod or short rod,budding growth,its terminally.YB9 strain was Bacillus subtilis of bacillus by 67 physiological mensuration.
