摘要
目的:探索和总结学校恐怖症的认知模式和应对模式,以便对学校恐怖症开展更加有效的心理治疗。方法:采用整合性临床心理治疗和咨商技术对32例学校恐怖症患者进行规则的心理治疗12次以上,总结患者认知模式和行为应对模式的错误。结果:学校恐怖症患者有多种不同于正常人的认知模式和应对模式错误。结论:错误的认知模式和消极防御的行为模式是学校恐怖症的精神病学特点。
Objective: To explore the cognitive modes and behavioral reply modes in order to adopt available psychotherapy to school phobia patients. Methods: Integrative psychotherapy and consulting technology were used to treat 32 patients with school phobia regularly more than 12 times. Their cognitive modes and behavioral reply error modes were induced. Results: The cognitive modes and behavioral reply modes of patients with school phobia were distinct from students that did not have school phobia. Conclusion: Error cognitive modes and passive defensive behavioral modes are the psychopathological features of school phobia.
